MX Concept is a Dubai-based consulting engineering and design studio driven by the locality of design. We aim to bring forward a strong local identity to inform our design process and product.
Since 2016, we have been creating Architecture and Interior design solutions, and over that time, we are proud to have helped all of our customers. MX Concept, whilst grounded in the very values of contemporary design, our practice celebrates its commitment to the definitive architectural and interior Principles of space, light, and proportion. The result of this approach is the creation of elegant, refined residences that marry characteristics of the classic Architecture with an aesthetic that is contemporary and distinguished. We provide a range of services for businesses and individuals. These generally include Architecture design, Interior design for residential and commercial properties, Packaging and Branding design, Furniture design, and Renovation services. We also provide consultancy for Architecture, Lighting design, and Graphic and Visual design.

His work involves many projects, such as designing public and private facilities, new buildings, residential houses, collective housing, restaurants, cafes, urban design, landscape, and many more projects. As a consequence of this approach, it follows that his architecture responds to the interior, landscape, and surroundings. In Mohammed’s work, the program or the requirements of the project will be the first thing to be thought of and arranged; the circulation between the zones is a unique experience that he focuses on. The building becomes an integral part of its surroundings, allowing itself to be influenced by the site and, in turn, exerts its influence, changing the appearance and dynamics of the form. The form of the building will determine the landscape design, which is always used in his design as it’s a framed piece of art. The interior design reflects the architectural design and appreciates the landscape by framing it with the opening of the windows.
Mohammed brought together his passion for modern and contemporary architectural design and the enabling capacity of high-quality engineering, technology, and project management. He founded MX Concept Design Studio in 2016 to focus on developing a way of treating architecture and interior design in a better way that portrays the vernacular Emirati design. Mohammed was always inspired by the UAE’s desert environment and influenced by the modern and contemporary design that he witnessed while traveling. Looking to treat a vernacular Emirati architecture style by responding to the environment, representing culture, and identity.
